1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

   LaughCoin, LaughClip and this website are developed, owned and operated by Lexisgate Innovations (AOP). By creating an account and using LaughCoin (LGC), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. 2. LaughCoin (LGC) Token

   LGC is a utility token used within the LaughCoin ecosystem. It is not a financial instrument or investment.

3. 3. Mining & Earnings

   Mining, tapping, task and reward earnings are credited by our servers based on your activity. LaughCoin may adjust reward rates at any time.

4. 4. Withdrawals

   Withdrawals open after the official launch and are done only on this website. They require your own BEP-20 compatible wallet, and you pay the BNB Chain gas fee from that wallet.

5. 5. Referral Program

   Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user joins and verifies their account. Abuse of the referral system will result in account termination.

6. 6. Account Responsibility

   You are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure.

7. 7. Prohibited Activities

   Automation bots, multi-accounting and any form of manipulation are strictly prohibited and may lead to loss of rewards or account termination.

8. 8. Limitation of Liability

   LaughCoin is not liable for any loss of tokens, missed rewards or damages.

9. 9. Changes to Terms

   We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy

• We collect basic account information from Google sign-in (name, email, profile photo) to run your account.
• We store your LGC balance, rewards, taps, tasks, invite code and referral links so they work the same in LaughCoin, LaughClip and this website.
• We use Firebase (Google) to host accounts and data, and Google AdMob to show ads in the apps.
• Connecting a crypto wallet on this website only reads your public wallet address and LGC balance; we never see your keys.
• To delete your account and data, email admin@laughcoin.online from your account's email address.
